On the day of the presentation, the Poster presented in the first session must be fixed between *11:15 and 12:00, and can only be removed between 12:50 and 14:00*.
The Poster presented in the second session must be fixed between *14:00 and 16:00, and can only be removed at 17:30*.
In the third session, the Poster must be fixed between *09:00 and 12:00, and can only be removed between 12:50 and 13:00*.
*Posters that are not removed at the end of each session will be considered discarded. We are not responsible for damage to Posters that are not removed at the end of each session*.
